Following the ‘Leader Development Profiling’, the leaders who are not yet at the stage of development required for the ‘Co-Create Leaders Programme’ are given access to the ‘Enabling Programme’. Participating in this programme enables leaders to progress their development to the stage that will enable them to engage effectively with the techniques employed on Co-Create Leaders Programme. The ‘Enabling Programme’ includes working through activities in a Development Guidebook, taking on a workplace challenge and being supported by three telephone coaching sessions. To support this programme it is recommended that the leaders also participate in the full range of Foundation Modules. Following the completion of the Enabling Programme, within six to twelve months, leaders will be invited to participate in a structured interview, to ensure that they are ready to transition to the Co-Create Leaders Programme.
